Free Paediatric First Aid Courses 

We know how important it feels to be prepared for the unexpected, especially when caring for little ones.
As part of our commitment to supporting families through every stage of their journey, our charity offers free Paediatric First Aid Courses to help parents, carers, and family members feel more confident and capable in an emergency.

Delivered by an experienced team member from Critical Response Training, these sessions are sensitive, informative, and practical, designed with compassion and understanding for families who may carry experiences of loss or anxiety.

Each class includes:

• The Primary Survey – how to assess a situation safely

• CPR for babies and children

• Recovery positions

• Choking management

• Minor and major bleeding

• Burns, bites, and stings

We hold four sessions each year, completely free of charge.
Spaces are limited to keep the sessions calm, supportive, and hands-on, with time to ask questions and build confidence in a safe environment.

Because knowing what to do, even in the hardest moments, can bring comfort, confidence, and peace of mind.
